Toyin has a background in Business Administration and a Diploma Certificate in Security Management – American Military University (AMU) West Virginia, USA.

Toyin has over two decades of managerial experience in security administration in the united state of America having worked as Operative, Instructor/trainer with international and private organizations. His career in Security management started as an instructor and security manager in the United State of America in 1994 at Frisk Intelligent and Security Services Inc. He has also been involved in several aspects of Corporate Security Administration in the United States of America where he worked as consultant for several blue chip companies and major cities. He has also worked extensively as security consultant with major business concerns and government organizations in Nigeria.

Toyin is a member of American Institute of Safety Professionals (AISP), Association of Professional Security Consultant (APSC), American Society for Industrial safety (AIS) and Society of Security Practitioners of Nigeria (SSPN)

Capt. James Taiwo Akinlawon is a retired Intelligence, Investigations, Counter-terrorism and Risk Management officer of the Nigerian Army. His military discipline combined with his experience in both public and commercial security has made him the ideal member of Festamos Security Services Board of Directors and he directly supervises all issues related to Intelligence, Counter-terrorism, Training and Risk Management

Barr. Abayomi Akeremale is the retired Commissioner of Police in Nasarawa State. Rtd CP Akeremale is the Director of Festamos Security Nigeria in Abuja and Northern Nigeria. His experience in the Nigerian Police Force has made him head of various departments in the nations police hierarchy. He is also a Barrister of the Nigerian Law Courts.
